===== - Einleitung =====
Kurze Reperaturanleitung für den 28 Zoll Hanns G. "HG281D"\\
Preis war gut und nun nach 2 oder 3 Jahren fingen die Problemchen an, aber egal ich hatte damit gerechnet.

==== - Symptome ====
  * Das Einschalten funktioniert nicht ordnungsgemäß.
  * Während dem Betrieb wird Bild schwarz. Gerät musste ab und wieder eingeschaltet werden.
  * Wenn Bildschirm warm ist/war, dann Horizontal flackernde Streifen.
  * Am Schluss auch schon Bild unscharf/verzerrt.

==== - Plan ====
  * Tausch aller Kondensatoren(Elkos) auf der Netzteilplatine.
  * Tausch aller Kondensatoren(Elkos) auf der Hauptplatine.
  * Nachlöten der wichtigsten Spannungsregler auf beiden Platinen.
  * Kontrolle auf Kalte Lötstellen.
  * Spannungen nachmessen am Netzteil. +5V +12V +3.3V usw...
  * ALLE ELKOS LOW ESR und 105°

  * Es gibt mehrer Revisionen, Kondensatortausch ist aber überall gleich.

Weiters wird es den 400V und 100V Typen wahrscheinlich nicht in Low ESR geben, Wird auch nicht benötigt. \\
